Jenni & Anthony

More cute people!

Jenni & Anthony were married on a lovely, breezy, perfect Sunday October morning. I am not surprised that so many people decide to marry in October in Texas. It’s so wonderful!!!!

They were married at Green Pastures in South Austin, and I think this place is such a little gem. The grounds are gorgeous, the food is wonderful and the event staff there is top notch. This was an intimate, loving celebration and I was thrilled to be there. These two could not stop smiling the entire day and I am so happy for them.

Let’s see some pictures!

Jenni’s awesome Betsy Johnson shoes.

The cool and relaxed groom.

This little one was so excited to be a flower girl.

This exit is Shannon Cunningham approved.

Jenni & Anthony chose to see each other before the ceremony, so we had lots of delicious time for photos. Just something to think about….

She could not be cuter.

Congrats you guys! I hope your Europe trip was incredible!!

Spammed to Death

A note – I am currently getting over 500 spam comments a day to my little blog here, so if you’ve posted a comment and it hasn’t appeared – I am sorry!  It’s probably buried between some prescription drug ad and a funeral ad (seriously? funeral ads? You are weird spammers).

I will get to it though because I love comments. So you, my lovely friends, don’t stop commenting because I really like it when you do.

Terry and Maggie

The wonderful Terry and Maggie!!!!!!

I am a bit late on this blog post and feel terrible about it because Terry and Maggie are about the nicest people you will ever meet. They both live in Pennsylvania, but had their wedding reception at the always fabulous Shoreline Grill. They are so great there – great food, wonderful service. They really go out of their way to make people feel great. Highly recommended.

Anyway….back to Terry and Maggie. I had only chatted with them on the phone, but knew they would be awesome and they did not disappoint. Everyone was so happy for them and it was a great night of food and festivities.

Thanks so much for having me there you guys – you are wonderful!!!!

The lovely family – this is Terry and Maggie with their daughter Tori. She’s a gem. She also pointed me in the direction of the ravioli at the reception and I will be eternally grateful for that. Thanks Tori!!!

Adorable family portrait.

Fun with rings

There are no words for how cute this little guy is.

Stems Design did the flowers (they also did Carrie & Zach’s wedding the weeks before) and y’all…they are good. I LOVED these arrangements. I could have put them all in this post. Plus I met them and they are super nice gals to boot.

They did a desert bar, including Hey Cupcakes. One of those cupcakes somehow got in a to go box and ended up in my camera bag and you know what? I didn’t even share it with Savannah the next day. That’s right – I didn’t share with my two year old.

Stephanie & Jeremy: Engaged

Steph & Jer! I have to tell you that there are few things that warm a photographer’s heart more than hearing “We have vintage style bikes – could we incorporate those into our session?” I believe I sent Stephanie an email back that was written in all caps, as I was so excited.

These two are in the dictionary next to delightful. They are stylish and so much fun to be around. Plus, they have mad chemistry. Take a peek below and you’ll see what I mean.

Thanks for so much fun you two! I can’t wait for your wedding!!!

Carrie & Zach: October 4, 2008

Carrie & Zach. My sweet, hilarious, wonderful October 4th couple. I am late on this blog post because I honestly could not narrow down the photos. Carrie laughed and smiled all day and Zach couldn’t stop looking at Carrie. Plus the reception was F.U.N. Oh, and the details were amazing. Plus, the toasts were the best I’ve seen this year, and I’ve seen some amazing toasts. Also, their family and friends are great, so you see my problem. Here we go – enjoy a small sample of this lovely wedding.

Cake – Matty Cakes

Ceremony & Reception: University Christian Church and The Mansion at Judges Hill

Floral – Stems Design

I know you two are having a blast in Hawaii! On to pictures….

Just so you know – it’s hard work and sometimes painful to be a Bride.

Beautiful.

Right before the ceremony – we were all laughing at the usher. A side note – love that Mom AND Dad walked Carrie down the aisle.

Carrie’s sister had a lovely toast where she talked about Carrie’s free-spirited nature. I love how you can literally see it here.

This is probably not the one they wanted to see, but I love it. It makes me smile.

Zach posing nicely for me, even after he was all pictured-out.

Beautiful details. The escort cards were luggage tags! Awesome.

Reception delightful-ness.

Thanks for a wonderul day you two!
