Atalie + Phillip: Austin Engagement Photography

Atalie & Phillip will make your day more fun.

They are both so bright and full of energy. I felt an instant connection to Atalie when we met and was so happy to meet Phillip at the shoot. Plus they brought their adorable little puppy, Lucy. This shoot just WORKED, if you know what I mean. They are dressed amazingly, the light was incredible, they are cute and lovey and and have wonderful chemistry. Two peas in a pod.

I cannot wait for this wedding in Louisiana this fall!

Austin Bridal Photographer: Elise

The lovely Elise was married to David this past Saturday, so it’s now time to show the world her bridals! I had so much fun with Elise, her mom and her sister at Mayfield park. It’s such a fun place to shoot because every shoot looks different.

Plus, one of the cutest things ever happened – see below for that story.

But first, let’s look at pretty Elise pictures!

OK, here’s the cute story part. An after school program for some little kids was also at the park that day. I’d say the little people were around 5. They spotted Elise and there was much gasping and pointing. Then their teacher asked if they could watch Elise getting her photo taken! Adorable. THAT’S how beautiful Elise looked. They truly thought she was a princess!

Austin Wedding Photographer: Hamilton Twelve: Stephanie + Jeremy

OK, so…are you ready?

No, I’m serious – get your comfy chairs out, maybe get a snack and a beverage, put the kids to bed & set your DVR. This is a crazy long post.

I went through the images the first time to narrow down for the blog and ended up with 207 images. So….yeah. I edited a bit more ruthlessly the second time around, but it was HARD! I love this couple, their friends and family and their wedding. I really feel like everyone should get to experience the magic that is Stephanie & Jeremy at least for one day.

I always feel privileged to photograph a wedding day, but some days are extra special. This was one of those days for me.

I also need to give a MAJOR shout out to my girl Sherry Hammonds, who second shot this wedding with me. Complete vendor info is at the end.

Congrats you two and Bon Voyage a Paris!

Jackson {babies}

Time to see baby Jackson again!! Hooray for Watch Me Grow Packages! Hooray for babies!

So when we last saw Jackson, he was an adorable little lump. Now, he is a smiley, chunky baby with lots and lots of hair! So cute and sweet. I really love this age. Such a pleasure to see this gorgeous family again.

Wesley {Newborn}

Baby Wesley is here!

My goodness, it seems like yesterday that I was at their house photographing Quinn as a newborn. Time does just not stop. I love this family for many many reasons and am so happy about their new arrival! Can’t wait to see what she and Quinn have in store for me this next year. See you guys soon!!!!!

Jennifer & Justin {Married}

Jennifer & Justin were married on a perfect spring day. These are two amazing, lovely people who I was thrilled to spend the day with. Nature’s Point is such a wonderful place to have a wedding and Jennifer and Justin put a lot of thought into the details. They were married by a family friend of Justin’s and the ceremony was so personal and sweet. Just an overall great day.

A big thanks to Callie from Clink who made sure that everything ran smoothly. She sure made my job easier and was a delight to work with.

Also thanks to Tali Wildman for helping me out with shooting and for being my travel buddy!
