If I had to sum up Cassie in one word, it would be ‘Firecracker’.

She is adorable and FULL of personality. We met in person for the first time the day we shot her bridal portrait and wow did we have fun. The weather was uncooperative that day – we were often dodging raindrops, but you can’t beat a textured wall and window light for a backup plan.

Thanks to Vista West Ranch, Wendee from Lucie’s Events and Angela from LucieMarie for helping this all come together!

This last photo is actually an outtake, but I think it shows you the ‘joie de vivre’ of Cassie.

Celia and Dustin are as sweet as can be. When I’d speak with other vendors working on their wedding they would all say the same thing. “Don’t you just LOVE them?” Why yes, yes I do. They had a beautiful wedding in Dripping Springs at Vista West Ranch. The sky was very threatening all day, but held out to allow for a very emotional outdoor ceremony. These two are so happy when they are together. No matter what else was going on, they would always have a smile for each other. There is a beautiful warmth about their relationship.

The wedding was coordinated by the always amazing Wendee Robbins Sawran of Lucie’s Events with Floral by Petal Pushers. I also have to give a HUGE thanks to my friend Sherry Hammonds for second shooting this wedding with me. It’s always so fun to have her around and man is she good.
