Jackie & Matt

Matt & Jackie were married in Wimberley this past weekend. They had a lovely ceremony at First United Methodist of Wimberley (which as an aside – has the BEST light of any church I’ve ever worked in) followed by a reception at the gorgeous Old Glory Ranch. I’ve been looking forward to this wedding as Jackie and Matt are so very laid back and were ready to have a LOT of fun at their wedding. Jackie is also so amazingly organized and between her plans and the venues organization, everything ran so smoothly. Just perfect. I also loved getting to meet Matt & Jackie’s friends – they made the day a lot of fun for me. Thanks so much you two – I had so much fun!

On to pictures.

Peeking girls right before the ceremony.

There are few things I love more than the dad-daughter handoff. This one had some great chin quivering action. Jackie later told me that her dad said “Enjoy this” right before they walked down the aisle. Oh man, that’s sweet.

There were some extra cute flower girls.

A few portraits at the Ranch.

This photo does not do this cake justice, It was incredible! I swear it was four feet tall. I was also told that it was inspired by Jackie’s wedding dress – awesome!

Beautiful venue, especially at night.

The sassiest and most fun Maid of Honor EVER! Susan, thanks for being so awesome! Isn’t she an ever cuter version of Tina Fey?

Aggie War Hymn – WHOOP!

A toast that makes you cry and laugh is the best kind – well played Best Man.

They had a little fun dancing- just a little.

Congratulations you guys!

Beautiful! The sepia/bw tone photograph in front of the chapel is stunning!
